As Guide may occasionally provide incomplete or inaccurate responses, always [review and validate](#how-does-guide-avoid-ai-hallucinations%3F) them using the provided links. To learn more about Auth0 releases, read [Product Release Stages](/docs/troubleshoot/product-lifecycle/product-release-stages). Guide is an AI-powered chatbot that answers your questions about Auth0. It sources information from our [Documentation](https://auth0.com/docs), [Blog](https://auth0.com/blog), and [Community](http://community.auth0.com). For Enterprise subscription customers, Guide also leverages Auth0 tenant data from [Security Center](/docs/secure/security-center) to help you monitor, troubleshoot, and implement tenant security best practices. Guide answers your questions, such as "How do I set up passkeys?" with a summarized answer and links to relevant documentation and [incident playbooks](/docs/secure/attack-protection/playbooks) for tenant and user security. ## How Guide works Guide processes your message to determine what you’re asking for, searches Auth0 sources for relevant information, then generates a summarized response based on what it found along with links to the referenced materials. You can ask follow-up questions, [validate its responses](#how-does-guide-avoid-ai-hallucinations%3F) using the provided links, and give feedback on Guide by rating its responses. For Enterprise subscription customers: If you [configure security monitoring alerts](/docs/secure/security-center/security-alerts) in Security Center, Guide helps you troubleshoot incidents and suggests security guidance from a relevant [incident playbook](/docs/secure/attack-protection/playbooks). For example, as shown in the following screenshot, when a significant bot surge triggers your Bot Detection alert, Guide recommends remediation steps from the [Bot Detection Attack playbook](/docs/secure/attack-protection/playbooks/bot-detection-playbook), such as activating CAPTCHA for affected authentication flows, and prompts you to inspect relevant events in the tenant logs. ## Use Guide You can access Guide by selecting the **Ask Guide** button in the top-right corner of the Auth0 Dashboard. When you select **Ask Guide**, Guide pops up, prompting you to ask about Auth0 features. It may suggest questions relevant to your current location in the Auth0 Dashboard. For example, if you’re under **Branding > Universal Login**, Guide will prompt you with questions about Universal Login, such as: * What is Universal Login? * What are the Benefits of Universal Login? Select the Ask Guide button in the top-right corner of the Auth0 Dashboard to open it. ### Questions Guide can answer Guide can answer questions that relate to the Auth0 product and platform, such as: * What is Universal Login? * How do I enable single sign-on integrations? * How do I set up passkeys? Guide can answer questions that relate to the Auth0 product and platform. For Enterprise subscription customers, Guide can answer Auth0 tenant-related questions pertaining to Security Center metrics and data, such as: * How do I troubleshoot this failed MFA challenge? * What triggered my bot protection alert threshold? * What are the remediation steps for a "credential stuffing" alert? ### Questions Guide cannot answer Guide cannot answer questions that do not relate to the Auth0 product or platform, or are specific to your tenant or configuration, such as: * What connections do I have enabled? * How many users logged in to my application last month? * Which is better? Vim or Emacs? Do not submit personal or other sensitive data to Guide. ## Disable Guide You can disable Guide in your tenant by contacting [Auth0 Support](https://support.auth0.com/). ## Data security in Guide Your messages are safeguarded by Okta’s enterprise-grade security and compliance standards. Guide does: * Use provided messages to search public Auth0 sources for relevant information. Guide does not: * Access your account or tenant data. * Use provided messages for LLM training purposes. * Share your messages with third parties. ## How does Guide avoid AI hallucinations? Guide builds responses using content authored by Auth0 and includes links to the documents referenced in all responses. You can follow any referenced link to verify the original source data and learn additional information.
